Cheezy Sauce


small/medium sized cauliflower

1/2 TBLS coconut oil

1 clove garlic

1/4 c broth

1/4 c milk (I use nut milk to keep it dairy free)

1/4 c nutritional yeast

1 TBLS lemon juice

1/2 tsp onion powder

3/4 -1 tsp himalyian sea salt

pepper to taste


Break up and steam cauliflower (about 10 minutes) then drain. The cauliflower should be tender.

Throw everything else into a good blender and puree until smooth.

Pour over pasta or zoodles (zuchini noodles) or  anything else you might think it would taste good on. I like to add sauteed veggies and sliced chicken.
