Wash all veggies with 1tsp apple cider vinegar and 1/2 tsp salt and let soak in water for 30 minutes to wash off any dirt and critters.
Cut up all veggies in cubed pieces.
About 60 minutes
1 tbls coconut oil or ghee
1/2 bunch of celery
One medium onion
1 medium daikon radish
1 large sweet potato
1 medium beet and greens
1 bunch kale de-stemmed and chopped
About 1 1/2 cups of cooked chicken
10-12 cups bone stock and or water
1-2 tbls Spanish paprika or to taste
1-2 cloves garlic clove – minced
1-2 tbls Italian seasoning
1 tbls onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Add 1 tbls coconut oil or ghee to large pot
Add in chopped onion and celery and simmer until onions are soft.
Next add in daikon radish, sweet potato, beet and bone stock and/or water to fill 3/4 full. Next add Spanish paprika, garlic, onion powder, , Bring to a boil and lower heat to medium for about 1 hour or until celery and sweet potato is soft. Add cooked and chopped chicken. Add chopped kale and beet greens 10 minutes before serving.
