Where’s the Fruit Smoothie

Serves 3-6 people

1/2 c Steamed greens (kale, spinach, watercress, cabbage, etc.)
Handful of lettuce
1 Beet
2 carrots
1/2 c blueberries
1/2-1 c water kefir (or filtered water)
1/2 cucumber (skin removed if not organic)
1/2 avocado
1/4-1 tsp ground green stevia herb (no sugar sweetener)
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger or turmeric

Throw everything in the blender.

Top with your favorite nuts or seeds to help remind you to chew your food.
